Our participation in the quinoa industry
Member of the INACAL Organic Products Committee
It is made up of several interest groups, we are producers, processing and exporting companies of quinoa, laboratories, organic certification, SENASA staff, INACAL and consultants with experience in organic products.
What is done is to propose rules for other companies to guide themselves, such as: how is organic production and what processes should be followed. This in order to provide knowledge and establish a general policy. So any company that wants to venture into the business of organic products, will have a manual, know how to do it and how much it will cost to perform.
