ASPAGRO – Organic quinoa from Peru

Oatmeal with Quinoa

1 Serving (320 kcal per serving)


– 3 tablespoons of ASPAGRO quinoa

– 1/4 cup oatmeal

– 1/2 cup of almond milk (can be replaced by another plant milk)

– 1/2 apple

– 1 handful of almonds

– 1 pinch of cinnamon

– 1 sachet of stevia or other sweetener to taste


– Parboil the quinoa.

– In another pot, boil the oatmeal with milk and the apple in pieces.

– When ready, add the quinoa to the oatmeal and milk mixture and stir.

– Then, add the cinnamon, chopped almonds and sweetener to taste.

Ready to serve! ☺️
