• 1/3 cups ASPAGRO quinoa
• 200 grams of rice
• 2 radishes
• 1 avocado
• 1 tomato
• Salt and pepper
1. Cook the quinoa, once cooked, reserve it
2. Grain the rice, once grained, reserve it
3. Cut the avocado into slices and the tomato into wedges.
4. Cut the radish into very thin slices
5. In a bowl we place the quinoa and rice with a splash of lemon
6. We combine all the ingredients with a tablespoon of ginger
