ASPAGRO – Organic quinoa from Peru

We share with you a recipe that will not only strengthen your coronary health, but also satisfy your sweet tooth: ASPAGRO Quinoa Pudding.

Ingredients:


• 100 gr. cooked quinoa ASPAGRO
• 50 grams of butter
• 12 cakes
• 6 eggs
• 1/2 liter of milk
• 1/2 white sugar
• A pinch of flour
• Vanilla essence
• Nuts


Preparation:


1. Beat the eggs and add 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence.
2. In a container, put the cakes already cut and add to milk.
3. Combine both mixtures and stir well and add the sugar.
4. Over the mixture, add the quinoa, flour and combine well.
5. Melt the butter and add to the mixture
6. Add nuts and mix well
7. Put in an oven pre-heated to 180 °, 40 min. to a bain-marie
8. Serve and enjoy
