Quinoa is a cereal that can be combined with all meals, it is also a great source of iron, so today we present a simple recipe but with high protein content, Quinoa with Ground Beef, a light dish that contains a high iron content, strengthening our hemoglobin and immune system. INGREDIENTS

250 gr. quinoa ASPAGRO
4 pieces of chicken
120 gr. ground beef
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
Sillao
Red vinegar
Salt, pepper, oregano and cumin

PREPARATION

  1. Cook and season the chicken with salt, pepper, cumin, oregano and soy sauce.
  2. Boil the quinoa until it boils and then drain the water.
  3. In a frying pan, make the dressing with all the seasonings together with the chopped tomato.
  4. Once the dressing is done, add it to the quinoa and cook for 10 min.
  5. Fry the ground meat with a little oil, soy sauce and chopped parsley.
  6. Once the meat is ready, mix it with the quinoa and stir well.
  7. Serve the quinoa accompanied with a piece of chicken.
